Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SANDSARA website (sandsara.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically for updates.

Intellectual Property Rights

All site content, including designs, text, graphics, product imagery, and trademarks, belongs to Matter Collection, LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is prohibited without written permission.

User Registration and Representations

Users must provide accurate information and maintain account confidentiality. We may suspend or terminate accounts for false information or policy violations. Automated access methods and unauthorized activities are not permitted.

Products and Purchasing

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay/Clearpay where available. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith but may contain errors; pricing is subject to change without notice.

Pre-orders: some SANDSARA products are sold as pre-orders, meaning the unit is currently in production and not yet in stock. This is reflected in the price; pre-order pricing is our lowest available pricing. The estimated delivery window shown at checkout already accounts for production time; no additional manufacturing time should be expected on top of that estimate. Estimated delivery windows are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Pre-order changes and cancellations: orders can be canceled free of charge before they enter production or ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Custom or bespoke orders that have entered production may not be cancellable once development has begun; contact us, and we will do what we reasonably can.

Discount codes: promotional discount codes apply to in-stock items only and do not apply to pre-order items, which are already priced at their lowest point.

Shipping

We ship internationally via sea freight or air freight, with cost and transit time varying by destination and whether we or our designated carrier ships. Tracking numbers are issued once a shipment reaches the destination regional warehouse, not when it first leaves our facility; delivery typically follows within a few days after tracking activates. Most shipments are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning import duties and taxes are included, and you should not be charged extra at delivery; some destinations may vary. Exact shipping costs and delivery windows are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Warranty

  • 1-year coverage for manufacturing defects

  • Excludes:

    • Damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Software issues not caused by hardware defects

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us with a description of the issue (and, for mechanical issues, a short video) so we can identify the problem and make it right. We generally offer an exchange or replacement first; if a refund is the right outcome, we process it without requiring the runaround. For B2B partners with an open balance, refunds may be applied as a credit against the next invoice rather than a separate transaction.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for Products that are unused, in like-new condition, and in the original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and manuals.

The customer is responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs to our designated warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return shipment.

  • Ensuring the package is fully tracked and insured. Phantom is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.

Prohibited Activities

You may not systematically scrape site data, create unauthorized accounts, harass our staff, bypass security measures, engage in automated data collection, or use the site for competitive intelligence purposes.

Privacy and Data

Our site is hosted in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., you consent to your data being processed in the U.S. Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle personal data.

Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to attempt informal negotiation for a period before pursuing arbitration. Disputes not resolved informally proceed through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules, venued in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Class-action disputes are not permitted under these terms.

Liability Disclaimers

The site is provided "as-is." We disclaim warranties regarding accuracy, freedom from viruses, or third-party content. Our liability is limited to amounts paid within the two months preceding any claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
